Back in 1995, when we moved to the San Francisco, my wife and I took a 2 month long road trip through the south and southwest before we made it to our final destination in the Bay Area. Driving through Texas left me with this –

Texas has the best clouds.

I just got back from a job at a refinery in the Houston area.  We had to shoot in the high noon sun in an air temperature of 96 degrees while wearing a lab coat,  safety glasses, and a hard hat.  Lucky for me this family of majestic cumulus clouds sauntered by to give us some temporary shade.
